Smoothies are one of my favourite go-to's in springs! Here are my top 5 favourite smoothie recipes! image1 Creamy mocha smoothie Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop of chocolate vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 4 ice cubes
Serves 1 Nutritional Analysis: calories 200, fat 5g, carbohydrates 25g, fiber 5g, protein 15 g   Carrot cake protein smoothie Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 2 large carrots
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 3-4 ice cubes
Serves 1 Nutritional Analysis: calories 207, fat 5g, carbohydrates 31g, fiber 7g, protein 16g   The green smoothie Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
